Theft of under $500 was reported on the 200 block of East Clark Street around 6:30 p.m. Saturday. According to the report, an apartment maintenance employee reported a piece of equipment was stolen from a common area. No suspect information was available at the time of the report.

An arrest on the charges of retail theft was made at Kohl’s, 109 Convenience Center Road, around 2:30 p.m. Saturday. According to the report, the 50-year-old female arrestee reportedly entered Kohl’s and began gathering items. She exited the store and was later arrested.

Urbana

An arrest on the charges of domestic battery was made on the 2100 block of East Rainbow View around 2:30 p.m. Sunday. According to the report, a verbal argument became physical and the 19-year-old male arrestee punched the victim in the face multiple times. The arrestee and the victim have a child together.

An arrest was made on the charges of aggravated battery at OSF Hospital, 1400 W. Park St., around 10:30 p.m. Saturday. According to the report, the 25-year-old male arrestee was a patient at the hospital and reportedly pushed a nurse into a wall and held her there. The nurse received minor injury and was seen by a doctor.
