University

Property damage was reported at 905 W. Pennsylvania Ave., Urbana around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. According to the report, a University student saw three people throwing apples which resulted in the broken window. The cost to repair the window is $200. 

Robbery was reported at 206 E. Peabody Drive, Champaign on March 4 and Friday. According to the report, two mezuzahs had been stolen outside of the student’s residence hall room. The mezuzah stolen Friday was a replacement for the other that was stolen on March 4. The value of the stolen items is $140.

Urbana

Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Windsor Road around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday. According to the report, over $500 was stolen from the victim while her belongings were in the employee locker room. 

Armed Violence was reported in the 1300 block of Abercorn Street around 11 p.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the offenders gathered around the victim and battered him with handguns. Three offenders have been identified.
