An arrest was made on the charges of battery and retail theft was reported in the 1700 block of Philo Road around 11 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the suspect stole from the victim’s business. The suspect bit and struck the victim several times, and while on the scene, police determined that the suspect had an out-of-state warrant for their arrest.
