YingYing Zhang was taken in a black Saturn Astra from Goodwin Ave. on Friday, June 9.

The FBI has found the black Saturn Astra that was involved in Yingying Zhang’s abduction, according to an FBI press release. However, the visiting scholar is still missing.

Brad Ware, FBI spokesman, could not comment on where the car was found and could not comment further on the case.

“We have developed several additional leads and would like to remind the public that this is still an active investigation,” the release said. “We continue to ask the public for information that could lead to locating Ms. Zhang.”

The 26-year-old woman was last seen on June 9 while getting into a black Saturn Astra. A security video shows Zhang standing on the east side of Goodwin Ave. speaking with the driver of a black Saturn Astra.

Zhang was last seen wearing a pink and white shirt, jeans, charcoal baseball cap, and white tennis shoes. She has black hair and brown eyes, is 110 pounds, and is 5 feet 4 inches tall.
