An arrest for assault and aggravated battery was reported on the 200 block of East Green Street around midnight Tuesday. According to the report, the suspect would not let the victim out of her bedroom unless she agreed to take him home. He also threatened to batter a security guard inside the apartment complex.

Battery was reported at The Blind Pig Co., 120 N. Walnut St., around midnight Monday. According to the report, the offender battered a bar employee.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 2000 block of Philo Road around 8 a.m. Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender punctured all four tires on the victim’s vehicle.

An arrest for retail theft was reported at Walmart, 100 S. High Cross Road, around 3 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the offender took 18 items from the store without paying for them.
