Theft was reported on the 900 block of Randolph Street around 8 a.m. Wednesday. According to the report, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s bike.

Deceptive practices was reported on the 900 block of Locust Street around 7 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown suspect opened a fraudulent account in the victim’s name.

Criminal damage to property and domestic dispute were reported on the 300 block of East Clark Street around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, the subject punched the victim’s window and damaged it. The victim did not want to pursue charges.

University

An arrest was made on the charges of aggravated battery to a police officer, aggravated fleeing from police, driving under the influence of drugs, operating an uninsured vehicle, speeding in excess of 35 mph over the limit, disobeying a traffic control signal and disobeying a stop sign on the 500 block of East White Street around 2 a.m. Tuesday. According to the report, the offender’s vehicle was initially stopped because he was seen using his cellphone while driving. The offender left the area at a high speed after receiving a warning, so he was stopped again for speeding, but fled from the second stop and struck an officer with his vehicle as he drove away.

Unwanted telephone messages from another person were reported around 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Urbana

Residential burglary was reported on the 900 block of Sunnycrest Drive around 10 a.m. Tuesday. According to the report, offenders entered the victim’s residence and took several items.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1200 block of Hill Street around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender damaged the victim’s rental house. The victim was unsure if it was the previous tenants who damaged the house or if an unknown offender damaged after previous tenants moved out.

Theft was reported at One North, 1601 N. Lincoln Ave., around 2 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender took a golf cart from the victim without the victim’s knowledge or consent.
