Champaign

Theft was reported on the 100 block of Gregory Drive around 9 a.m. Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender signed for an Amazon delivery of a laptop that the victim had purchased.

An attempted burglary was reported on the 300 block of West Hill Street around 2 p.m. Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender attempted to pry open the victim’s entry door.

Theft was reported on the 00 block of East Healey Street around 2 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the victim’s paycheck was taken out of her mailbox by an unknown offender.

University

Theft was reported from Burrill Hall, 407 S. Goodwin Ave., between Nov. 16-19. According to the report, a University employee reported that a vent hood motor, which has an estimated value of $650, was stolen from a public hallway.

Urbana

A domestic dispute was reported on the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue around 1 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the offender and victims live together and engaged in a verbal argument. The offender made threats towards the victims and has not been located.

Motor vehicle theft was reported on the 100 block of Illinois Street around 11 a.m. Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender forced entry into the victim’s vehicle and took the vehicle without the victim’s permission. The stolen vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident in another jurisdiction.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue around 2:30 p.m. Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender broke the driver’s side window of the victim’s vehicle.
