Champaign

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1800 block of West Bradley Avenue around 6 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, the offender threw a rock at a marine recruitment office and damaged a government-owned vehicle.

Theft was reported at Walmart, 2610 N. Prospect Ave., around noon Wednesday. According to the report, the offender was caught taking off and hiding price tags of items without an attempt to pay for the items. 

Burglary was reported on the 700 block of Phillips Drive around 3 p.m. Wednesday. According to the report, an unknown offender broke the bedroom window of a deceased person’s residency. It appears there was no entry, though it is uncertain if anything was taken.
