Motor vehicle theft was reported on the 1300 block of North Lincoln Avenue around 8:50 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, an unknown offender took the victim’s vehicle without permission. A county deputy located the victim’s vehicle and it was wrecked. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Forgery was reported on the 200 block of Vawter Street around 9:22 a.m. on Jan. 26. According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s payroll check and cashed it.
