Motor vehicle theft and theft $500 and under were reported on the 900 block of East Delaware around 7:46 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s vehicle from her driveway. The victim says she believes her spare key was left in the unlocked vehicle.
