The Daily Illini will be hiring columnists and editorial cartoonists for the Spring 2009 semester. If you are opinionated and write well, complete the application and send it to diopinions (at) gmail.com or drop

it off at the Illini Media Building at 512 E. Green Street. All applications will be due by the end of finals week (Monday December 22nd). Applicants will be judged on the quality of their submissions and not on their political persuasions. The successful applicants will be contacted over winter break.
