Criminal damage to property and burglary from a motor vehicle were reported 00 block of East University Avenue around 1:42 p.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the unknown offender forced open the side door of the victim’s vehicle. 

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1000 block of Hollycrest Drive around 10:48 a.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the offender damaged the victim’s vehicle. 

University

Urbana

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 700 block of Colorado Avenue around 3:49 p.m. on Saturday. According to the report, the unknown offender spray painted on the walls of a vacant apartment after using forced entry. 

An arrest was made on the charge of retail theft on the 200 block of North Vine Street around 2:51 p.m. on Saturday. According to the report, the arrestee was spotted by a witness concealing store merchandise and then leaving the store without paying.
