Theft over $500 was reported on the 500 block of South Third Street around 11:25 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, the victim’s bicycle was stolen from the parking garage at his apartment building.

Aggravated battery was reported on the 2000 block of South Neil Street around 11:31 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, the victim believed she was possibly drugged and her leg was run over by a vehicle.

University

Theft $500 and under was reported at the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology, 405 North Matthews Avenue, between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, a University employee’s bicycle was locked to the rack outside of the building at the time of the theft. The estimated value of the bicycle is $150.

Theft $500 and under was reported on the 100 block of North Lincoln Avenue around 3:32 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the victim’s bicycle was stolen from a rack at this location by an unknown offender.

Residential burglary and criminal damage to property were reported on the 1300 block of North Lincoln Avenue around 2:57 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, the unknown offender entered the victim’s apartment and stole property belonging to the victim and the victim’s business. The unknown offender also damaged property belonging to the victim and the victim’s business during the burglary.
