Two University students were each issued three city of Champaign notices to appear in court on Monday at their residence in the 900 block of South First Street. According to the report, the notices are for hosting a nuisance party, endangering public health and reckless conduct. The notices stem from a party the two hosted on Aug. 28 with more than 10 people in attendance.

Burglary from a motor vehicle was reported on the 300 block of Harvey Street around 9:30 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender broke the victim’s driver window and stole currency.

Theft under $500 was reported on the 1800 block of Cunningham Avenue around 8 p.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the offender took money from the victim’s business.
