Champaign

An arrest was made on the charges of burglary from a motor vehicle and aggravated battery at Remco Electric on the 900 block of Francis Drive around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the suspect has stolen cash from a vehicle in the parking lot of the business. The suspect returned a few days later and was confronted by the owner, who he punched.

An arrest was made on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving and driving without a license on the 300 block of South Broadway Avenue around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, officers conducted a suspicious vehicle stop and discovered that the suspect, who was driving the vehicle, was subject to three traffic warrants. Police also found drug paraphernalia inside the suspect’s vehicle.
