Q: What’s your favorite thing about Champaign-Urbana?
A: Playing in Assembly Hall.
Q: Why did you pick wearing the #5?
A: My favorite player Jason Kidd wears the same number.
Q: What are the biggest negatives when a young player jumps to the NBA early?

A: If the player is drafted in the first round, I can’t find any negatives.
Q: If you were in charge of Illinois basketball facilities, what would you change?
A: I would put press and luxury boxes into Assembly Hall.
Q: If you could trade bodies with a teammate who would it be?
A: I don’t think I would want to.
Q: If you had one super power, what would it be?
A: Laser vision or something couldn’t help you on the court, so I would want to have eyes in the back of my head, or better yet, eyes all around my head.
Q: If you played and-1, what would your nickname be?
A: They call me The Sheriff because I lock people up.
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: Friday.
Q: What’s your favorite part about Coach Weber?
A: He likes to ridiculously overexaggerate stuff, like, he’ll say that Nick Smith is 19 feet tall.
Q: If you didn’t play basketball, what would you be doing?
A: I don’t know.
Q: Which teammate do you think would be best at another sport at Illinois?
A: Dee Brown at football – quarterback.
Q: If you were playing Who Wants to be a Millionaire, which teammate would you trust as your lifeline?
A: Either Nick (Smith) or Jack (Ingram). They are the brightest around here.

A: I wouldn’t change it: Chief Illiniwek.
