Illinois baseball player Kyle Hudson was selected with the 116th pick in the MLB first-year player draft by the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday. The pick came in the fourth round of the 50-round draft and was 70 picks higher than Hudson’s ranking in the top 200, according to Baseball America.
