Mo Maat is expected to return to action this weekend after recording the seventh-best time in school history in the 60-meter dash during the team’s first meet of the season. Following the Border Battle here in Champaign, as a precautionary measure, Maat had to sit out the past two meets after suffering a minor injury in practice but intends to compete in his typical events in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Daily Illini’s Will Gerard asked all the hard-hitting questions as the two discussed the injury and other essential topics such as the All-American’s affinity towards the rapper Wale.
