The Illini go into this weekend’s meet with not nearly as much depth as last season’s Big Ten Champion roster. However, there will still be several returning members to look out for in the meet. Sprinters Cam Viney and Mo Maat are coming off personal records in the Orange and Blue Open. Super sophomore Jonathan Wells will also be in consideration for several individual titles. Last season, Wells had top-five finishes in both the conference championship’s long and high jump events. The Big Ten Indoor Championship is set to begin this Friday morning in Geneva, Ohio.
