On Monday, Illinois women’s gymnastics announced their nine-meet Big Ten conference only schedule.

The season starts with a road trip on Jan. 15 at No. 20 Nebraska and Jan. 22 at Rutgers. The first home meet is against No. 25 Iowa on Jan. 29. For the time being, no fans will be in attendance for home meets because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Feb. 5 is at home against No. 5 Michigan before they hit the road again to State College to meet up with No. 27 Penn State on Feb. 12. They then return home for a matchup against No. 34 Michigan State on Feb. 19 before the Big Five meet on Feb. 26.

The Illini have two more meets, against No. 25 Iowa on March 5, this time on the road, before wrapping up the regular season on March 12 against No. 11 Minnesota.

Week two through six and the Big Five Meeting will determine seeding for the Big Ten Championship on March 20 while weeks one, eight and nine are considered non-conference and will be used when determining national ranking.
