Chloe Barbarise, Special Sections Editor
Hi, my name is Chloe! I’m a sophomore majoring in journalism with a minor in creative writing. I began my journey at The Daily Illini in Fall 2023 as a copy editor to Senior Copy Editor and then Copy Chief. I’ve always loved to write, read and edit since I was a little girl, and now, I can’t wait to help diversify and plan The DI’s print editions. Though I consider the office a second home, when I’m not there, I still enjoy reading and inhaling my daily caffeine dosage.
