Hello! My name is Ian Cunningham, and I’m a junior in LAS studying clinical and community psychology. As The Daily Illiniʼs Copy Chief, I am responsible for leading our newsroomʼs team of dedicated copy editors. The Copy department is tasked with constantly improving the quality of our written content and accuracy of our reporting. I started writing for my high school’s magazine in 2021, and I have been a student journalist ever since. The most fulfilling part of my job has been amplifying under-represented voices through faithful story-telling.
