Pulling donations from the University is not the way to respond to the retirement of the Chief. Are you truly more loyal to the symbol of the University than the University itself, which gave you one of the best educations in the nation? Pulling funds will only punish the students of your alma mater, not the BOT who made the decision. Student fees will increase, and those who struggled to pay for this school before will face a nearly insurmountable financial task.

Don’t use your money as a weapon; the students will be the first to suffer.
