    Tuxedo Cheesecake

This is an excellent cheesecake that tastes like it is from The Cheesecake Factory, yet very easy to make in your own kitchen!
    Crust:
1 3/4 cup (about 18) crushed creme-filled chocolate cookies (think Oreo cookies)
2 TB butter (or margarine) melted
    Cheesecake:
    1 cup White morsels
3 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F
    2. For crust: toss cookie crumbs and butter together in medium bowl
    3. Press into bottom of ungreased 9-inch spring form pan
    4. Bake for 10 minutes
    5. For Filling: Microwave morsels in small, microwave-safe bowl on medium-high power for 1 minute; stir
    6. Microwave at 10-20 seconds intervals, stirring until smooth; cool to room temperature.
    7. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs; gradually beat in melted white morsels
    8. Spread over chocolate crust
    9. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until edges are set but center still moves slightly.
    10. Cool in pan on wire rack then refrigerate until firm. Remove side of spring form pan.
An easy way to finish the cheesecake off and give in a professional look is to grate semi-sweet or milk chocolate over cheesecake.
