I find the proposed method of ticket distribution to be ridiculous. There is no reason to make students wait outside in the cold the Monday before finals and risk becoming ill. We are football fans but we are also students. We have classes and assignments. We shouldn’t be forced to choose one obligation over another to the other obligation’s detriment.

The Ticket Office is obviously capable of accepting ticket requests online and distributing the tickets on a priority point basis. This has been done in the past for basketball tournament games. It is being done in this case for regular ticket holders and I Fund members.

I urge you to reconsider your decision and to arrange an online distribution system for student ticket holders. Let us be good students as well as good fans, and help us stay healthy while you are at it.
