Artist’s Talk: Lara Orr and Jill Miller

The Urbana Public Arts Program is sponsoring an Artist’s Talk with Lara Orr and Jill Miller during the library’s exhibit, TEXTILES. Orr uses milled fibers like hemp, linen, and organic cottons. Miller specializes in a technique called batik, a process that involves painting with melted wax.
