The University recently announced a virtual commencement will take place on Saturday, May 16 at noon CDT. Students will be able to attend the virtual ceremony at go.illinois.edu/celebration

In mid-March, plans for an in-person commencement were postponed until further notice due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The University confirmed that the in-person graduation ceremonies were not canceled, and will be rescheduled to a later date when large gatherings are safe.

More information will be available in the upcoming weeks on the University’s social media and the commencement website.
