The Women’s Resources Center and other organizations held a day dedicated to domestic violence awareness on Oct. 27. It started in the morning with the Clothesline Project, a public art project and ended at night with the DVAM Candlelight Vigil; both of which educated the public, allowed survivors to share stories — and some might argue — brought together the community.
