Amartya Nalluri, Senior Copy Editor
Hi! My name is Amartya, and I’m a sophomore. I’m currently majoring in integrative biology honors and minoring in statistics, and I am one of The Daily Illini’s Senior Copy Editors! I’ve been in several positions across the newsroom since I joined in Fall 2023, including columnist and Arts & Entertainment reporter, but I’m so happy to have ended up in our wonderful Copy department. Outside of school and The DI, I love to explore the diverse food scene here in Champaign-Urbana and write my own short stories.
