Shana Olivero, Video Editor

Hello! I'm Shana and I am a Senior majoring in Media and Cinema Studies with minors in Business, Communication, and Critical Film Production. I joined The Daily Illini in 2018 and this is my second term as the Video Editor. This position has truly helped me grow as a filmmaker and has allowed me to work with some of the brightest people I have met in college. Outside of the DI, I am constantly making new videos and collaborating with other Media students on creative projects to produce around campus. I have a strong passion for film and hope to pursue a career in movie production after graduation. Some of my favorite hobbies include hip-hop dance, skiing, and attending music festivals.
