Andrea Flores, Longform Editor

I'm Andrea and I'm a junior in journalism. Even though I'm more interested in broadcast journalism after graduation, I love the time I spend at The Daily Illini. I started as a news reporter my freshman year, and at the end of my sophomore year, I became assistant daytime editor and longform editor. News has always been a passion of mine, which is what I like to do in my broadcast classes. I'm excited to continue as longform editor for a second year, focusing on stories that affect our campus and society the most.
